FERGUS Hotels digitizes the management of its hotels' maintenance area, as well as regulatory records related to Pools, HACCP, and Legionella, among others, using EISI HOTEL. The aim is to optimize data collection tasks, reduce incident resolution time, and achieve thorough energy control, thereby improving efficiency, service quality, and sustainability across its establishments.
In partnership with EISI SOFT, FERGUS Hotels is implementing a comprehensive digitalization of its internal operational processes through the EISI HOTEL platform, as well as a thorough internal audit of preventive plans through the EISI CONSULTING consulting branch. This agreement is part of the strategic plan aimed at the company's digital transformation.
The platform will enable the chain to have greater control over maintenance operations, thanks to its CMMS functionalities, as well as the management of preventive plans and protocols defined at the corporate level. All this, combined with a powerful diagnostic dashboard, will allow for business intelligence to be inferred from the Big Data generated by the platform, leading to better decision-making.
FERGUS Hotels will also benefit from the support plan of EISI CONSULTING, which will involve auditing, updating, and digitizing current preventive plans. This will facilitate compliance with current legislation and the high-quality standards of the hotel group. Corporate standards will be developed within the implemented tool, allowing these standards to be propagated to each of its establishments. Thanks to the automatic reports generated by EISI HOTEL, they will have real-time diagnostics of compliance with defined plans, aiming to provide service guarantees that enhance the customer experience.
