The agreement is part of the renewed sustainability policy of Karisma Hotels & Resorts, aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals, and is aimed at the digitalization of operational and maintenance processes for all its hotels through the platform developed by EISI SOFT.

October 2, 2018.- EISI SOFT, a cloud software developer for the digitalization of operational processes, has signed a collaboration agreement with Karisma Hotels & Resorts, a renowned international hotel group operating distinguished properties and collections of luxury hotels throughout Latin America, the Caribbean, and Europe. Based on this agreement, Karisma Hotels & Resorts will implement the EISI HOTEL platform for the digitalization of operational, regulatory, and maintenance processes of the various departments that make up its establishments.


With the implementation of EISI HOTEL, Karisma Hotels & Resorts advances in its firm commitment to the environment and the high quality standards of the group. Thanks to the real-time diagnostics provided by the tool, the group will be able to periodically set goals for reducing energy and water consumption, as well as waste production and greenhouse gas emissions, enabling a continuous reduction of the company's ecological footprint. Additionally, the project is part of the "paperless" operation being carried out by the hotel chain.


As noted by Patrick G. Jorio, Corporate Director of Engineering and Maintenance at Karisma Hotels & Resorts, "With the aim of having a sustainable operation, we have implemented the EISI HOTEL tool to digitalize all work orders, departmental control logs, energy readings, waste and recycling, as well as pool parameters and other controls that currently consume an incredible amount of paper. With the integration to the SIHOT PMS, the circle will be closed for better guest service."
