Palma de Mallorca, February 2, 2018. - EISI SOFT has signed a collaboration agreement with Playasol Ibiza Hotels, an Ibiza-based chain with a portfolio of 35 establishments on the island and one in Mallorca. Under the agreement, Playasol Ibiza Hotels will implement the EISI HOTEL platform, developed by EISI SOFT, with the aim of digitalizing the management and maintenance control of all its hotels.

The hotel chain, which is undergoing a process of constant renovation and refurbishment of its establishments, is committed to digitalization and the advantages it offers for hotel management. To this end, it will implement software that not only allows it to digitalize operational and regulatory processes but also to have complete control of its establishments based on the big data generated by the platform.

Through EISI HOTEL, the group will have real-time diagnostics of its establishments in digital format, with synthetic and precise information for strategic decision-making. Additionally, the platform includes the possibility of creating and implementing different action protocols centrally for all hotels.

For Xavi López, COO of EISI SOFT, “we are looking forward to supporting Playasol Ibiza Hotels, a leader in the Ibizan tourism sector, in their commitment to digital transformation. This agreement will help Playasol Ibiza Hotels manage their establishments more efficiently and provide them with accurate, comprehensive, and comparative information for strategic decision-making.”

Antonio Domenech, general director of Playasol Ibiza Hotels, highlighted that “at Playasol Ibiza Hotels, we are committed to digitalization in such important aspects as the maintenance of our establishments. The EISI HOTEL software will allow us to control the operation of the hotels more efficiently and be more responsive, enabling us to provide quality service to our customers.”
