Cost Control and Hotel Operations through KPIs, Enabled by Data Integration

EISI SOFT and Grupo Dynasoft agree to integrate their software and consulting services within their portfolios.

Based on the agreement, EISI HOTEL and the software services for digitalizing operational, hygiene-sanitary, and technical-legal management will become part of Dynasoft's portfolio, with the aim of cross-referencing operational and financial information. 

January 26, 2020.- EISI SOFT, a technology and consulting company specialized in the digitalization and optimization of processes, has reached a collaboration agreement with Grupo Dynasoft, through which both companies will undertake joint projects, combining their services to cross-reference operational and financial information to create dashboards and joint KPIs.

Grupo Dynasoft is part of the Microsoft Gold Partners program, specializing in business solutions with over 15 years of experience in the implementation and customization of Microsoft Business Central ERP. Their extensive knowledge of the Dynamics 365 suite and specialization in the hospitality sector, along with a suite of proprietary products that extend Microsoft’s product functionality for this market, provides clients with complete assurance for a thoroughly tested, rapid, and cost-effective implementation, all while achieving total control over their finances and providing accurate information for sound decision-making.

Based on the agreement, EISI HOTEL and the software services for digitalizing and optimizing operational, hygiene-sanitary, and technical-legal management for any establishment or chain will become part of Grupo Dynasoft’s solution portfolio. This will enable coverage of various operational management areas across diverse sectors, such as maintenance management (CMMS), energy and environmental management, pools, HACCP, legionella, housekeeping, communication with external suppliers, and standardization of a wide range of tasks and protocols.
