Agreement between EISI SOFT and Ideas Consultora de Formación to Offer Hotel Digitalization Training Courses.

EISI SOFT, a consultancy and software development company with extensive experience in the hotel sector, is undertaking a training project with Ideas Consultora de formación to offer specific courses aimed at learning how to address various operational areas of hotels through digitalization.

Given the challenges of digitalization in the hotel sector and the crucial importance of the human factor, the project's goal is for users not only to acquire knowledge about using technological tools but also to harness the potential that process digitalization offers, enabling them to perform their roles more optimally, efficiently, and effectively. This includes reinforcing both basic and advanced knowledge across different areas of the hotel.

To this end, the following courses will initially be offered: Compliance in the Hotel to understand, manage, and control legal obligations; Crisis Situations to acquire knowledge on managing and justifying potential inspections; Data Analysis to learn how to analyze and make decisions based on big data, with the aim of drawing conclusions and optimizing processes both operationally and normatively; and Basic Operation of EISI HOTEL Software.

The courses will be conducted by EISI SOFT senior consultants Xavier López and Paquita Álvarez, both of whom have extensive experience in the tourism sector and deep technical knowledge in the management and operational control of establishments.

According to the agreement with Ideas Consultora de formación, the courses may be eligible for subsidies through the State Foundation for Employment Training (FUNDAE).
